SoulMates
By the Light of the Silvery Moon,
My True Love will come unto me.
And together, we will share memories,
Of a time when we both were free.
We’ve traveled together through ages,
Many lifetimes, each, one-by-one,
Evolving, they say, through the stages,
But, what happened to all of the fun??
Now, we rush around, no time for God,
Or to enjoy His blessings each day.
We need money to buy that new car;
Get to work, there is no time to play!
Though still on this journey together,
We’re both hectic, frazzled and dazed.
There’s no more joy, only trouble reigns,
In a world that’s both angry and crazed.
Oh, Great Lord of the Heavenly Skies,
Help our Spirits once more to take flight.
Send Your Peace to our hearts and souls,
Under that Silvery Moon Tonight!
ALWAYS TOGETHER--IN SPIRIT
