The Secret To Building a 5 Star Tower

After many years of playing SimTower, I have finally completed a no-cheat-tower, which has a Cathedral. The secret is:don't build condos. Build Offices. Make a tower full of offices. You see, offices have a population of 6, whereas condos only have a population of 3. (Don't debate me by saying that the Mother with child is counted as two people. It's not).
You've just opened up a new tower. What are you going to do? Well, scroll down to the far left corner and click on it. You'll get a cool 2 million dollars added to your funds (you'll need it). Want some more cash? Build your lobby and put in your elevator. Drag the elevator down to B3 and put a cafe on either side of the elevator shaft. You should get $200,000. Don't add any more cafes because you won't get a profit for them. You should generate either $5,000 or $10,000 per day for having these two cafes and all those offices. On level 2, start building offices. You can put the rent up to $15,000 or you can leave it. If you turn the elevator off for level 1 and put stairs in instead, those offices will never leave. Continue building offices up to level 12. Levels 13 and 14 will be used for shops later; 15 is for a sky lobby. You'll get more shops when you reach your third star, so don't put any shops in yet. From level 16 up, you can either add more offices or leave it for hotel rooms.
Check your Eval regulary. If you see any red spots, go to them and lower the prices as low as possible. These people will never move out. This will work with Condos, Offices, Shops or Motel rooms. Oh, before I forget..... If your running short on money, go do something else for awhile. If everyone in your tower is happy, then you should be fine. If any fires occur or terrorists attack, the security will automatically check the tower for you. Some people have been known to leave their tower playing over-night to get more cash. Don't forget to check on your movie theaters. Sims get sick of the same movie playing, just like we do.
Star Ratings
You start off on the first star, no matter what the population is.To get your second star, you need a population of 300. You'll get this pretty quick by placing all those offices. Oh, another thing. With the offices on the second floor, make sure that no elevator stops there. Put stairs in and these people will always be happy.
To get your third star, you need a population of 1,000 and more than one security office placed. To get your fourth star, you'll need 5,000 Sims, more than one suite room, the recycling and medical demand must be met, and the VIP has to give your tower a good rating. You need a 10,000 Sim population for the fifth star, along with the recycling/medical demand met, and the Metro must be placed. There's no population limit to getting your tower, but you must have placed the Cathedral.
Hot Tips
People only shop on levels beneath them.
Cinemas don't pay off as well as you'd expect. If your looking for a profit, then don't bother with them.
Party Halls cost $100,000 each, and pay back $20,000 per party.
Maids won't clean rooms with roaches. Delete any roach-filled rooms and put some new clean ones in.
Don't mix levels. ie; don't have condos next to offices. People complain about the noise.
Super Lobbies
To build a two-story lobby, start a new tower. Now, select the lobby tool. Hold down the Option key and place your lobby on the ground level.
To build a three-story lobby, start a new tower and select the lobby tool. Hold down both the Shift and Option keys and click to place your lobby on the ground level.
Note that this will only work if this is the first thing that you build. Also, it does not work for Sky Lobbies.
