| Why I hate Davey.... |
| Ok, to make this Very short, in case you don't feel like reading through all me reasons- He's a complete and obvious Dork. And not the good kind of dork. Now I don't mean to insult all you mama's boys out there, but I just cannot stand to watch/listen to Davey. Like, for example- when Davey first comes on screen and Jack runs into him he says, "What do you think your doing?" What is he, His Mother? It just bothers me. I'm sure if I met this guy I'd think he was great, but when he's with a group of street smart guys he seems like a serious uptight unfun loser, not to mention a coward. And I'm not even going to go into the Davey Denton thing.. =-) But ok, he gets better towards the end of the movie, like when he tries to go after Jack when he becomes a traitor and when he tells Pulitzer off, but the dorky Davey from th beginning is still set in my head. I do think David Moscow is really great though, thanks to the Making of Newsies. |
