| Formed in 1917, the Springfield Kiltie Pipe band is one of the nation's oldest pipe bands. The group practices every week at the John Boyle O'Riley Club in Springfield. Free piping and drumming lessons are available to those wishing to join the Springfield Kiltie Band.
