Rankings

Rankings   Each of the Imperial Defenders receives a few guild pins concerning his or her rankin. Those Guildpins show the sign of the IPD (the unicornshead) and the ranking. Those pins are golden, and usually attached to the collar, yet a Defender can decide for him or herself where to bear it.   Members of the first, lowest, rank are ordered to wear them all times, but can remove them, upon reaching the 2nd ranking.   The IPD is led by one member of the 10 rank, the HighLord Justice who has 2 advisors of the 9th rank, ranking Lord Justice. should the HighLord Justice be unable to perform his duty, one of the 09 will become 10T temporary taking up the duty of a Guildleader.   The HighLord Justice has most powers, it falls into his duty to consider alliances, wars, promotions and demotion  and new members, even though every member or ranking 03 or higher can recruit new ones.

Demotions are very seldom handled, as it is preffered to solve a problem in an other way.   Promotions are rather quick and done not by time of membership but by actions within and for the guild. Some members might complain that they do not get a promotion due their actions, but not even the HighLord Justice has omniknowledge,  thus they should report their actions.
