Name Endings
Ok, I'm pretty sure I have this all right, but if not, just e-mail me and let me know :)
chan - This is used as a term of affection.  Parents use this when addressing their children, and high school girls use it when addressing each other...if they're on very friendly terms.  High school boys also use it to address high school girls.  It's a big insult to address someone higher in the social ladder than you with 'chan.'  It's also pretty rude to use it with someone you don't know.  For example, my parents would address me as Lauryn-chan....if they were Japanese...
san - Mr. or Ms.  Any other use of this ending would be an example of poor social skills.  It's almost rude to introduce your self with (last name) -san.  I'm pretty sure a child addressing an adult should use this ending.  Example - Goku-san.
sama - This is for people who you respect deeply.  Example - George-sama  That's if I thought I could get away with calling the President by his first name, lol!
kun - Used with friends when it comes to children of the same age addressing each other.  Boys use it with each other, and girls use it when they're talking to boys.  For example, if Trunks was talking to Goten, he'd call him Goten-kun.
Ok!  That's all!  Go impress your friends!
