THERE ARE 4 LEVELS OF ATTACKS.
LEVEL 1 = 50,000-75,000 1-3 days (BASIC TO MODERATE DAMAGE)(uses 1 stamina point)
LEVEL 2 = 100,000-125,000 3-4 days (MODERATE TO HEAVY DAMAGE)(uses 2 stamina points)
LEVEL 3 = 175,000 and up 5-7 days (HEAVY TO CRITICAL DAMAGE)(uses 3 stamina points)
LEVEL 4 = No DL (or all) 1-12 days (NON-COMBAT SKILLS)
(Example of damage: attack power of 125,000 adds 25% to attack)

ENERGY DAN / 45,000 DL--the most basic energy attack that everyone starts with.

KAME-HAME-HA / 50,000 DL--the energy move taught by Kamesennin (Roshi) learn it from him on earth(3 days) & you get a 25% EL increase; or take 4 days to learn it on your own minus the increase.

KIENZAN (destructo disc) / 50,000 DL--energy is gathered and formed into a disc above your hand and then can be thrown to slice an opponent. (2 days to learn)

MAKANKOUSAPPO(special beam cannon) / 50,000 DL--two fingers are placed on forehead and energy is concentrated into them then pointed at the target and fired at an incredible speed. (2 days to learn)
 
 
EYE--FINGER LASERS / 50,000 DL--the beams of energy shot from the eyes or tips of fingers.(like the ones frieza and cell do) (2 days to learn)
 
 
HANKOKUBIKURISHO / 50,000 DL-- a blast of energy shot towards an opponent using both hands, it then encases them in an electronic field, usually they cannot escape. (1 day to learn)
 
 
BIG BANG ATTACK / 75,000 DL--this is one of the first moves vegeta developed once he became a super saiyan. (3 days to learn)

DONDONPA / 75,000 DL-- a blast shot from a finger tip which explodes on impact.   (2 days to learn)
 
 
BAKU-HATSU-HA / 75,000 DL--by raising two fingers, the user of this attack can create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area or the ground under an opponent. (5 days to learn)

GALECK-HO / 75,000 DL--the Galeck-Ho is Vegeta's answer to the Kamehameha. He powers up the blast like the Kamehameha, but when he releases the blast, his hands are both palm-forward. (4 days to learn)

MASENKO / 100,000 DL--a powerfully charged ball of energy that is fired usually from the air down at an opponent. (3 days to learn)

KOSHOKU / 100,000 DL-- the ability to absorb the light energy of an opponent who has changed forms (ie: super saiyan) it can kill the user if  too much light energy is absorbed. (2 days to learn)
 
 
GALEK GUN / 100,000 DL--the rapid firing of 30 highly charged balls of energy. (4 days to learn)
 
 
FINAL FLASH / 100,000 DL--the whole body is charged and the arms are extended above the head a large powerful energy blast is fired at the opponent. (4 days to learn)

KIKOHO / 100,000 DL--a powerful blast if energy fired at an opponent. (3 days to learn)

MOUTH BLAST / 100,000 DL--a beam of emmense power fired from the mouth.    (4 days to learn)

CRASHER BALL / 100,000 DL--a ball of energy charged in the hand and thrown at the opponent. (4 days to learn)
 

ASTRO FIRE CANNON / 100,000--fires multiple highly charged energy balls into the air at an opponent above. (3 days to learn)

 

RENZOKU ENERGY DAN / 100,000 DL--a series of highly charged energy dan's fired rapidly one aftert he other. (2 days to learn)

DAICHI RETSUZAN / 100,000 DL--the hand is placed in front of your chest and charged then when swiped, it creates a large cresent energy blade, which can cut anything. (3 days to learn)
 
 
MAKOSEN / 100,000 DL-- a ki blast attack, energy is gathered into both arms and then is fired from each of them. (3 days to learn)

DOUBLE TSUIHIKIDAN / 125,000 DL-- a blast from each hand similar to the kamehameha which is then guided towards the enemy. (3 days to learn)
 
 
BAKURIKIMAHA / 125,000 DL-- a powerful ki blast charged up in one hand while the other hand grips the wrist to control the blast. (3 days to learn)
 
 
Dynamite Kick / 125,000 DL--  A charging kick.(3 days to learn)

MULTIPLE-KIENZAN / 175,000 DL--same as the destructo disc from above but 4 of them are thrown simultaneously. (5 days to learn)
 
 
FINISH BUSTER / 175,000 DL--the finishing move used by trunks. can only be used as a finisher. (5 days to learn)
 
 
 
GALACTICA DOUGHNUT / 175,000 DL--a powerful ring of energy that can be shot at an opponent and it can restrict them and if it does it will then explode.  (5 days to learn)
 
 
METEO SMASH / 175,000 DL--finisher used by Goku. (5 days to learn)

LIQUID BOMB / 175,000 DL--you turn into a liquid mass and enter the opponents body attacking them from the inside with multiple hits. (4 days to learn, buu's only)

FINAL BLAST BOMB / 175,000 DL--this move uses a lot your EL and will do a hefty amount of damage to your opponent. (5 days to learn)

PSYCHO-KENISIS BOMB / 175,000 DL--the move frieza used on krillen on namek to destroy him for the 2nd time. opponent is psycicly flown into the air and multiple internal explosions occur. (5 days to learn)

HELL'S FLASH / 175,000 DL--throw opponent and then fire multiple energy balls at him/her from wrists. (4 days to learn)
 
 
KAKUSANYUDOKODAN / 175,000 DL-- the user fires many powerful ki blasts around the opponent making them think that you've missed. then the bolts are lunged towars the opponent all at once. (5 days to learn)

RENZOKU SHINE / 175,000 DL-- same as the renzoku energy dan, except the blasts are much more powerful. (5 days to learn)

TELEPORT METEO SMASH / 175,000 DL--teleport to opponent, multiple kicks and punches in the air, and an invisible hyper charged kamehameha. (5 days to learn)
 
 
AKUMAITOKOSEN / 200,000 DL-- a wave of energy shot at the opponent and when it hits the opponent it causes the evil and hatred in their heart to expand and explode. there must be evil/hatred in his/her heart for the technique to work.(5 days to learn)

FINAL KAMEHAMEHA / 200,000 DL--an immensely charge kamehameha. (5 days to learn)

Gekitotsu Volleyball/ 200,000 DL-- after trapping someone with Renzoku Super Donuts, you beat the ball around a bit before spiking it really hard into the earth. (5 days to learn)
 
 
Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack/ 215,000 DL-- It spits out a ghost-like form closely resembling the person. The ghost-like form has a mind of its own, and when it hits anything, it explodes, severely damaging whatever is caught in the blast.(6 days to learn)
 
 
FINAL METEO ATTACK / 225,000 DL--multiple punches and kicks and a kamehameha, grabs and flys to the sky, multiple punches a quick energy dan and a final kamehameha. (7 days to learn)
 
 
GEKI-RET-SUKO-DAN / 225,000 DL--this is Piccolo's ultimate Ki blast. He powers up the blast between the palms of his hands in front of his chest, then releases the blast. Very very powerful. (7 days to learn)
 
 
DEATH BALL / 225,000 DL-- a small but extremely powerful ball of energy fired from the finger tips or hands, it can destroy planets if charged up enough. (7 days to learn)

JINRUI-ZET-SUMET-SUKO-GEKI / all PL/HL/EL/DL: Literally "Genocide Attack," this is not an attack that can be used in the heat of battle but is probably one of the single most devastating attacks ever used in the DB/DBZ series. It is a series of ki blasts shot into the air, which seek their targets upon being fired. (12 days to learn)uses five stamina point

12 EYES / n/a DL-- the ability to separate one's body into 4 equally strengthed portions having 1/4 the strength as a non-separated person would. (1 days to learn) uses one stamina point

MAFUBA / n/a DL-- a ki attack that captures the opponent in a blast and then directs them into a jar or bottle imprisoning them. (3 days to learn) uses three stamina points

KYODAIKA / n/a DL-- a technique that allows you to increase you're body size and strength making you an improved fighter for a short time being. (2 days to learn)uses three stamina points

PAPPARAPAR / n/a DL-- a spell used to transport people to their spaceship as long as they are in the same galaxy. (1 day to learn) uses two stamina points

SUPER KAIO-KEN / n/a DL-- a more Advanced version of the normal kaio-ken taught by King Kai. You have to have a PL over 10,000,000 before you can learn this move, and you must already have the original kaio-ken as one of your current moves. Super Kaio-Ken will QUADRUPLE yes 4x your stats for the duration of one fight, as long as you have the strength for it. You can use it every other battle. (5 days to learn). uses five stamina points
 
 
 
TRI-FORM / n/a DL--the ability to split your body into 3 seperate fighters, it can be maintained for 3 turns. (2 days to learn) uses three stamina points

JIBATKU(kamakazie/instant death) / ALL DL--this maneuver is the only way to truely ensure victory, although it can be dodged. (2 days to learn) uses four stamina points

TIME FREEZE / n/a DL--this doesn't do any damage but it freezes the opponent in their place for as many 3 turns / or until the frozen is hit. (1 day to learn)uses three stamina points

BODY CHANGE / n/a DL--this move if successful will switch the bodies and PL of 2 people. usually used if the person who does it is being beaten. (2 days to learn)uses five stamina points

GINYU POSING / n/a DL--train with the ginyu force and learn the fundementals of posing. this technique will confuse your opponent, making them drop their guard and easily leaving them open to attack. (4 days to learn) uses 2 stamina points
FUSION DANCE / n/a DL--this special dance is specifically for characters who have the Potaru earings which allow two characters to FUSE into one being.   (4 days to learn) uses five stamina points

SOLAR FLARE / n/a DL--this move flashes a bright light in the eyes of an opponent blinding them for 4 turns. it can be dodged. (1 day to learn.) uses one stamina point
