Hook

 "Strive for perfection even if others must suffer."
A member of the Constructicons and a surgical engineer, Hook is much the perfectionist. He transforms into a construction crane, and also forms the shoulders and head of the gestalt Devastator. He carries a laser pistol in robot mode, and can lift ,in vehicular mode, an object weighing 20 tons. He can also position things with a error tolerance of less than .00001%. Unfortunately, he is often slowed down by his need for 100% accuracy.
