Spiderman

Young student Peter Parker was bitten by a radioactive spider, and its venom was transferred into his bloodstream. As a result, he gained many superhuman abilities. Among them are his danger-detecting "spider sense", agility, strength, sense of balance, and ability to stick to other things. Donning a costume, he now fights crime under the name "Spiderman", while working as a photographer for the Daily Bugle in New York.

Comic Bio (US):

When the Decepticons first created a base of operations on Earth, they made no effort to conceal their presense. As a result, reporters from all over came to the area for a glimpse of these giant visitors. Realizing that he'd never be able to catch an exclusive with so many reporters and the military around, Peter Parker changed into Spiderman and attempted to get closer.

Before he could do much, several Decepticons emerged from the base and attacked the military. Mistaking the Autobot Gears for a hostile robot, Spiderman was about to fight him when a Decepticon threw a tank at the people. Gears caught the tank, saving the people and earning Spiderman's respect. In return, Spiderman agreed to help Gears get into the base in order to rescue "Sparkplug" Witwicky.

When they finally reached the human, Spiderman stalled Megatron by webbing him up while Gears freed Sparkplug. Unfortunately, Megatron broke out before Gears escaped, and blasted a hole beneath Gears. Because the base was high above the ground, Gears and Sparkplug were sent falling to the ground, but Spiderman managed to catch them with his webbing. Realizing that his weight was too much, Gears allowed himself to fall to the ground below so that the humans would live.

Spiderman returned Sparkplug to the Autobots at the Ark, and watched as Ratchet revived Gears despite the horrific damage to his body. He left the Ark soon after, and has not associated with the Transformers again.
