Joe's 1986 Buick Regal Grand National ran mid 11's in the quarter mile last year. Due to a blown head gasket, Joe had to freshen the motor. His first time back at the track the car ran 11.60s with only 16 pounds of boost. Joe's car is capable of runing up to 25 pounds of boost and should be in the mid-10's very soon. |

Joe Sr. owns this beautiful 1986 Regal Grand National T-top. He just had the motor redone over the winter due to blowing a head gasket at the 2000 Buicks at Bristol. As you can see, with the help of Ed (see below) and some blood, sweat, and money:) this engine bay came out VERY NICELY. He had the valve covers, intake, idler arm pulley, alternator housing, etc all blasted and powder coated. As a bonus, he then polished all the raised surfaces. It looks absolutely killer. Joe's car should be running low 12s this year, and may break into the high 11s. Beautiful car Joe! |

Ed owns the 1987 Regal Turbo T moonroof above. Just over a year ago, Ed had the whole car stripped and repainted. As you can see, he had the bumpers done as the same color as the car, which is a very nice touch. As far as dress up parts and pieces, this car has many (along with all the other TRs on my page). Ed works at DC Tech. They produce Turbo Shields, Intercooler Scoopes, Battery Covers, among many other things. Just recently Dennis Kirban of Kirban's Performance has recognized Ed's apparel. So if you see something you like, get in touch with Kirban. I recieved one of the Turbo Shields for Xmas and its absolutely beautiful!! Thanks ED! |
