AT LAST Stephanie Seymour has made it onto the big screen--without having to play herself.  The Victorias Secret model, who made her debut as herself (alongside Dolph Lundgren as himself) in Sunny Side Up in 1994, has wrapped up her first major movie, playing abstract painter Helen Frankenthaler in Pollock, a new film by Ed Harris.  A biopic of the artist Jackson Pollock, the film co-stars Harris as the late, great paint-splatter himself, Val Kilmer as William de  Kooining and Jeffrey Tambour as art critic Clement Greenberg. Although Frankenthaler, now 70, has outlived the rest of her expressionist troupe, 31-year-old Seymour didn't get to meet her before the shooting started. "But I bought every book on her," she says, speaking from the Supermodel of the World contest at Ford.  "She was very attractive and bright. And I wore clothes of the period-casual, conservative."  No lacy G-strings then.
