Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your interest in our school and seminary program. The best way to learn about the Orthodox faith is to study the various aspects of its beliefs as expressed in Holy Scriptures, holy tradition and worship.

We offer predominantly distance learning programs in Orthodox Theology, which can start at any time. Previously earned credits from different institutions may be accepted and applied towards a program at our institute. A credential analysis upon enrollment at St. Elias School of Orthodox Theology is free of charge as part of the enrollment procedure. You may also request a credential analysis without enrolment at currently $35 for credits obtained in the United States and $80 for credits abroad. Simply use our Credit Assessment Form. Please include all necessary documentation (i.e. transcripts, etc.) with this form.

With a degree from our theological school you may be able to teach at church schools or seminaries in various capacities; or it can be helpful in the pursuit of a career and pastoral ministry. Our students worldwide gained great progress, spiritual growth and knowledge in Theology while taking distance studies at our school. For example, out of 10 graduates within recent years, nine have been accepted for ordination at various churches.

We welcome to hear from you again as to have the opportunity to help you in pursuing your goals. If you have further questions or wish to discuss your interest more in detail with the director of the school, please feel free to contact us at any time. If you wish to see the General Regulations of the school, we will be glad to forward a copy to you or you may access them here.

On this web site you'll find our general syllabus that outlines the enrollment procedures. Please return now to the Main Page.

Sincerely yours,

THE REGISTRAR
