AS AT ANY POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTE, TUITION IS NOT NEGOTIALBLE.
As at any post-secondary institute, books & materials are not included in tuition.

¹Please note that Programs A, B, CPC and CLS are non-degree, but a Certificate is issued.
¹There are no payment plans for programs A and B. The tuition for those programs is due in full at enrollment.

Kindly regard these Payment Procedures:            
   
(1) Either the first payment (of your payment plan) or the entire tuition is due upon receipt of your first tuition statement.
(2) Your course deposit will be applied towards the last tuition payment amount.  
(3) A tuition statement will be sent to you as an update of payments received and when the next one will be due.  
(4) A breakdown of a payment into installments is not allowed.  
(5) Past due amounts will accrue the respective late fee, to be applied per deliquent month.  
(6) More than two months in arrears with payments may result in dismissal and forfeiture of all tuition paid.  
(7) Please allow at least five days prior to the due date to mail your tuition.   
(8) Please inquire about VISA & MASTERCARD Payment Options.  
(9) Students living outside the U.S. and Canada must use Credit Card payment.  
(10) All payments must be made in United States currency.  
               
Tuition Policy
Tuition paid in full:
1.       Students who officially withdraw may be granted a refund of tuition on the following schedule:
·         Withdrawal within 30 days from the date of enrollment/payment: 80%
·         Withdrawal within 60 days from date of enrollment/payment: 60%
·         Withdrawal within 90 days from the date of enrollment/payment: 40%
A student must notify the school in writing of intentions to withdraw.  
The withdrawal date will be the date the notification is received at the school office, and this date is used in calculating the amount of tuition refund.  
The enrollment fee of $50 is never refundable. The course deposit, submitted at the student’s discretion, is only refundable if the candidate is not accepted as student.
2.       No refunds of any kind are given to students of the Honorary Degree Program (SEEK), unless a candidate has not been accepted.
3.       No refunds may be given after graduation.
 
Tuition paid on any payment plan:
No refund will be made for tuition paid on any payment plan schedule.  All funds made on any payment schedule (including enrollment and course deposit fees) will be forfeited once the student withdraws.
Returned checks:
A service charge of 10% or $15 (whichever is higher) will be added to the student’s account for any check returned unpaid by the bank. This is in addition to applicable late fees.
Late fees:
·         If tuition is not received on time according to the payment plan schedule, a late fee will be charged to the student’s account as outlined in the monthly payment schedule. 
·         Students whose accounts are delinquent for three months will be discharged and all tuition forfeited.
·         All checks or money orders should be made out to St. Elias School of Orthodox Theology. Foreign students, including those from Canada, should make their payments by wire transfer or Credit Card. 
·         All tuition payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. Sending cash in the mail is discouraged.
