| The rental cottage is on a very private 2.5 acre mainland waterfront lot shared only with our own summer cottage. Located on a point of land, we have expansive views south and west out over the Bateau Channel between the Ontario mainland and Howe Island in the St. Lawrence River. The lawn is shaded by mature trees while the water is quite sheltered and very clear. The lot is private and peaceful but there is quick and easy road acccess to nearby communities inlcuding: Gananoque - 5 minutes east Kingston - 20 minutes to downtown Toronto - 3 hours Montreal - 3 hours Ottawa - 1.5 hours Syracuse NY - 2 hours |
