A perrenial big man and fan favourite, Jim Neidhart has been
entwined with the Hart Family and Stampede Wrestling since the early 80s.
His trademark beard and sunglasses have earned him a recognition around
the world.
Neidhart competed in Stampede as an ally of the Harts against
the forces of Karachi Vice. Later he formed a tag team with Bret Hart in
the WWF, then joined him again when he left for the WCW, where he tagged
with his brother-in-law Davey Boy Smith.
Neidhart is currently wrestling in the resurrected Stampede
area, where he is a top contender for the Heavyweight Belt. He also works
for the WWF in their farm system, wrestling and training new talent.

Chronology:
1980:
Neidhart teams with Hercules Ayala to beat Kasavudu and Mr. Sakurada
for the Stampede Tag Team titles. They lose them to Duke Myers and Bobby
Bass later in the year.
1983:
March: Neidhart and Mr. Hito win the Stampede Tag Team titles from
Duke Myers and Kerry Brown.
September: Neidhart and Hito lose the belts to The Cuban Assassin and
Francisco Flores.
1985:
Neidhart and Bret Hart enter the WWF as the Hart Foundation tag team.
1987:
January: The Hart Foundation win the WWF Tag Titles from the British
Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith and The Dynamite Kid) after the referee Danny
Davis was bribed to throw the match.
October: The Hart Foundation drop the Tag belts to Strike Force (Rick
Martel and Tito Santana)
1990:
August: The Hart Foundation beat Demolition for their second reign
as WWF Tag champs.
1991:
March: The Hart Foundation lose the WWF Tag belts to the Nasty Boys
at Wrestlemania. Neidhart leaves the WWF soon afterwards.
1992:
January: Neidhart forms the New Foundation tag team with Owen Hart.
They defeat the Orient Express at the Royal Rumble. Neidhart leaves the
WWF soon after this match.
1994:
May: Neidhart returns to the WWF at the King of the Ring to help Owen
Hart in his feud with Bret.
August: Neidhart begins to feud with Davey Boy Smith, when Smith arrives
to help Bret in his cage match with Owen and Summerslam.
1997:
April: Neidhart resurfaces in the WWF, joining the newly reformed Hart
Foundation, with Bret, Owen, Davey Boy and the late Brian Pillman.
July: The Hart Foundation take on the 5 man tag team of Steve Austin,
Goldust, Ken Shamrock and the Legion of Doom at an In Your House PPV held
in Calgary.
November: Neidhart, Smith and Bret Hart leave the WWF for WCW.
1999:
April: Neidhart appears on the first TV Taping for Bruce Hart's Stampede
Wrestling. He interferes in a title match between Champion Tatanka and
Neidhart's cousin Jason Neidhart.
