St. Anne received its name from the Biblical story of Anne. She is the Patron Saints of Housewives and Women in Labor.
She was grandmother of Jesus (The maternal mother of Virgin Mary). The self-sacrifice she endured as a lady desiring to have a child, and then giving up her child.
At the present time, Sis. Tammie Slack is the Worthy Matron, Bro. Michael Storey, Worthy Patron and
Sis. Camille McGhee is the Associate Matron, and Bro. Antonial Calhoun is the Associate Patron.
