Tut Kitty was given to me by my son for my birthday on March 11, 1999.  It was love at first sight.  I held him for at least 12 hours and it was a few months before he would let me do that again.  Every time I sat down he would know, no matter where he was and he would come get in my lap.  We had so much fun.

Looking back now,  I can see that he didn't feel good.  Just look at the picture I took of him on November 27, 2000.  If you notice your precious kitten with any sign of heart disease, please have him checked out by a vet.  Tut kitty would stop in mid track during a chase with other cats and lay flat out on the floor.  I thought he was playing.  I always wondered why he put his head on the floor when he rested but I never suspected heart disease.   I had mentioned it to my husband but he said it was cute the way he stretched out on the kitchen floor.  I should have known.  I wish I had known.
