My name came from, obviously, the fairy called "Star Maiden" Her legend thingy game from the native people. The lesson the authour includes in her story is grace. |

Star maidens are only visible at night and will sometime appear in a mortals dream. They have long-coal black hair and skin the color of burnished copper. Their spirits who are just as kind as they are beautiful. In their earthly form they have pointed wings that glow a pale silvery white. They will go togreat lengths to not offend or disturb mortals. |

Ok, the reason for all the lillies is because in the story for the Star Maiden she wants to join a tribe on earth. So she looks all around trying to find a home to live. But the mountains are too dangerous for the children, and things like that. Then one day she sees the children playing around the river. So she says, "I will live here, where the people will see me everyday" So the next day as usual the people go to the river to bathand such, and there they see it covered in beautiful water lillies. |

So now whenever you see a water lillie think of the Star Maiden. Maybe she'll do something nice for you... |
