Stampede

The Stampede, built by Traxxas, is arguably the best monster truck in 1/10th scale you can buy. It comes with fully ballraced gearbox, a powerful 20-turn Stinger motor, and a slipper clutch as standard. All RTR models also come with pre-painted pro-grafix bodyshells as well. My Stampede My stampede was bought purely to be a car that I would keep 'stock', that is, not modify it as I have bigger things to spend my hard-earned money on! However, one month later and I have spent over £100 on mods! Oops! These include: Electronic Speed control, two new shells, Traxxas Ultra Suspension, hardened diff output yokes, graphite tie bar and things like that. Although the Stampede can, and most of the time is, used as a racing truck I won't be using it for this as I don't have the time anymore! I have also got the chassis modified a bit so I can use 7-cell packs! The Stampede is the most indestructable car I have ever seen. Mine has been driven off barns, into lakes, through rings of fire (Don't ask!) off ramps taller than me and the like, and all I have had to replace is a bent kingpin! I can't think of much more to say at the moment so I'll leave it at that! Oh, and sorry for not having any pictures my scanner 'is not compatible with Windows XP'! I should have just stuck with Win98!
