Silver Grey Combinations
Silver Grey is one of the three grey genes that Syrian hamsters can have. Silver Grey is dominant, but it's appearance depends on whether or not the animal has one or two silver grey genes. Homozygous is considered the true form, but I will add pics of the heterozygous type as well for comparison. I will be adding more pics as I get them. The genetic code for silver grey is SgSg in homozygous form, and Sgsg in heterozygous. I will put only the color code below, ignoring the other genes in parantheses as not to confuse.
