2009 Opportunity Quilt

Here
is our beautiful opportunity quilt for 2009. It is flannel and
would be great to cuddle under on any day. It is called
"Woolie Churn Dash" and is 84" x94". It was machine pieced by
Karen Edwards and machine quilted by Donna Simpson.
Opportunity tickets are
available and will be $1, or 6 for $5.
This is our big fun raiser for
the year. So let's give a lot of people the opportunity to
win this quilt. Drawing for the winner will be in October.

This wonderful group provides security blankets (quilts) to traumatized
and /or critically ill children.
If you would like to join others in working on these, Harper's Fabric
has free workshop evenings. You can bring your own fabric or
there will be previously donated fabric you can use.
There will be a Project Linus sewing evening at Harpers, Tuesday, Oct 6, 2009, 6:30-8:30 pm
