Kate's Poem
There once were nine travellers from England,
Who into the jungle began,
Their names weren't all Geoff,Liz and Jane,
And that's not where the story began.

There was Simon, riding his crazy horse,
Or just relaxing and smoking the rays,
Thinking who he could deck
Or how best to mend Selina's toes.

Selina was quiet, retiring at first
But she proved quite a whiz with her hands,
But her feet weren't so good, and were misunderstood
When the trek through the jungle began.

Feet were causing problems in more than one quarter
As a dramatic blister appeared somewhere similar on
Bess Pilkington's left metatarsal,
But this snoring beauty does not slumber quietly,
Anyone out there within 10feet beware
Her head butting is not unrequited.

Jeanette's girly screams were heard all over the scene
At all hours of the day and the night.
But love still comes first
When her true love comes tumbling after.

Dummies went flying along with remarks
But the lovebirds continued undaunted,
For nothing could stop them ostensively
Mending the whole in Mark's trousers.

The entertainment was provided by Cheryl
Our class one man band for the month,
The songs that she had were all completely mad
And were exactly what we were after.

The numerical genius who fiddled the books
Needed constant tact in abundance
Whe phone bills weren't paid and the numbers would sway
She'd be there to hurry them back.

When organised chaos reigned overhead
One person would always sail through,
Jennie keeps everyone up to date and knows better than Kate
Just how her rucksack was packed!

Well, there's almost nothing more to say
Save goodnight and thank you to all
But just let me say that we may
Just all come back one day.
