| Kira was a resident and student at the resource colony Heliopolis when ZAFT struck to steal the Earth's prototype Mobile Suits, the GUNDAMs. It was there that Kira found out his friend Athrun was a member of ZAFT Shortly after this Kira becomes the reluctant pilot of the remaining mobile suit, the "Strike". Although Kira fights he is often unsure of the side he is on and questions himself and the fear of fighting his own people, and his best friend. |
