DEPOSITS/RESERVATIONS: We ask for a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation/deposit fee of 1/2 (one-half) of the purchase price for Pet/Companion or Show/Breeding Puppies before 7 weeks of age, after 7 weeks of age we no longer take deposits to "hold" puppies, full payment must be made after 7 weeks of age. (remember it's non-refundable) to insure us that you are ready to make a commitment on loving one of our babies, this fee will be collected once we have a breeding plan started, if you are seriously interested in a puppy please fill out our On-Line Questionnaire (which is "down" at the moment, PLEASE e-mail us for a form to fill out). NO puppy will be held without a deposit and a prospect owner MUST fill out a Questionnaire! Deposits WILL be refundable ONLY IF no puppies are born OR there were not enough puppies in the litter, these are the ONLY cases you will get your deposit back. We do NOT sell puppies baised on eye color and it's not guarantee'd to be in the litter. Remember we only get what mother nature gives us and we place puppies into home best suited for that puppy. IF you decided you don't want a puppy or any other excuse your deposit will NOT be returned, I am sorry. This is because we may have had to turn other serious prospect buyers away because you wanted a puppy and no longer do.You may "roll" your deposit towards a future litter if you would wish to do so which is explained in our "Deposit contract" form.. PRICE OF PUPPIES/SHIPPING INFO: Pet/Companion puppy prices range from $500-up Show/Performance/Breeding prospect price ranges from $1000-up Adult (over 24 mths of age) Show/Performance/Breeding prospects range price range from $1500-up EVERY puppy is priced individual and is FIRM so don't ask me to drop the price because I won't. Shipping/Crate/Health Certificate cost is an additional $350 and as the puppy get's older (over 10 weeks) this shipping fees quote price will go up, adult shipping/crate and health certificate depends on destination. I ship out of Lubbock Preston International Airport with American Airlines or Continential, if you request I ship Delta or over-seas (international) I do charge an additional $300 (on top of the normal shipping fee's) for my personal fee as I have to drive 6 hours to ship out of Dallas/Ft Worth, TX this fee pays for my gas to and from Dallas, hotel bill as I would have to stay overnight in a hotel, pet fee for hotel and my time. TO PICK A PUPPY: Please remember each puppy is raised, cared for, loved and socialized. We try and place each puppy in the home that is best for the dog and the owner/family.Our On-Line Questionnaire (which is "down" at the moment) will be required and filled out as well as references from the prospective buyer.We carefully screen and may also ask to do a home check of some sort for each prospective puppy buyer to make sure the home is the right one for one of our puppies. PET/PREFORMANCE/COMPANION QUALITY: Puppies will go to their new homes on a Spay/neuter contract with "limited registration" with the AKC and ASCA papers will be given on their "no breeding rights" policy, no exceptions, proof of spay/neuter must be given with your Vet's phone number and address by 8 months of age before papers are given to owner. SHOW QUALITY: When StarValley sells a Show/breeding prospect, we aren't guaranteeing that this puppy will complete to an AKC and or ASCA Championship, only saying this puppy is of quality to be shown in the AKC and or ASCA with no disqualifying faults. A Co-Ownership will be a REQUIREMENT with terms of agreement in most cases however some Co-ownerships are only until re-CERF and OFA clearances have been done at 24-28 months of age at which time we sign our names off once we recieve copies of the clearances being done. Show/Breeding quality puppies will be sold to serious show homes only, and not strickly for breeding purposes. HEALTH GUARANTEE: StarValley sells all puppies on written & signed contracts, guaranteeing health for hereditary defects. Adult dogs sold over 2 years old with all health clearances done and passed will have no genetic health guarantee upon being sold a normal 72 hour health guarantee will apply though. |
