How to print the order form:
1. Click FILE at the top of your screen.
2. Click PRINT.
3. Click PRINT again when the print menu pops up.
That is all you have to do and the order form will print out just as you see on the screen.
Also, please be sure to print legibaly.

You must round off the tax when you figure it up.
Pleae use the following example to make sure you do it right:
- If when you round it off you total tax comes out to be - 1.495 to 1.499-
all you must do is round up to the nearest cent - 1.50. - If when you round it off you total tax comes out to be - 1.491 to 1.494-
all you must do is round down to the nearest cent - 1.49
