REFORM 0 QUILLIGANS 2
Reform's Gledhil Cup run ended on Sunday with a 2-0 defeat at home to
Premier League side Quilligans. Quilly's took the lead in the first
half thanks to a long range deflected shot which lopped into the top of
the net. The killer goal coming in the 89th minute as Reform pushed up
the pitch searching for an equiliser. Reform can hold their heads up

REFORM 3 LAYTON 1
Reform finally managed to produce some of their cup form in the league
on Sunday with a 3-1 victory over Layton Institute on Boundary Park.
Despite missing captain Mark Hayes (left) Reform got off to a great
start thanks to a great finish from Ian Dawson. After half time a
wonder strike from Nick Pugh and a penalty from Scott Waters sealed the
win for the blues.
REFORM THROUGH IN DIVISIONAL CUP.
A second half penalty from Scott Waters was enough to see Reform
through to the next round of the Divisional Cup at the hands of
Squirrel. The visitors had taken the lead early in the game before
Simon Rollinson finished neatly to make it 1-1. As Reform pressed,
Waters was fouled in the box before converting to finish the game at
2-1.
BURNETT DOUBLE SINKS FLUID
Defender-come-striker Dave Burnett (Left) answered Reforms goalscoring
problems with two stunning goals to earn his side three valuable points
against High Flying Fluid Edge. Burnett opened the scoring after 7
minutes before sealing the game with a half volley late in the game.
REFORM REACH GLEDHILL SEMI'S
Reform FC marched into the semi final of the Geldhill Cup this weekend
following their superb 2-1 victory over the Gasworkers. Scott Waters
put Reform ahead in the second half with a header following some great
work from Parry Jones down the right hand side. Soon after Michael
Kennerley made it two following a mazy run.
REFORM HAVE OFF DAY
Missing
several key players including player manager Dean Whitehouse, Reform
suffered their heaviest defeat of the season on Boundary Park today as
they went down 7-2 against The Squirrel. This despite taking an early
lead when Taki Suzuki put Reform ahead with a great finish. Dave
Burnett(right) got Reforms late second with a powerful header from a
corner. Next week Reform travel to Fleetwood to face Gasworkers in the
Quarter final of the Gledhill Cup.
REFORM 5 FYLDE COAST GATES 0
Reform
marched into the next round of the Gledhill Cup with an emphatic 5-0
victory at home to Fylde Coast Gates. Michael Kennerley got Reform off
to the best possible start with a superb chip before Scott Waters
scored from a free kick. Midfielder Paul Cook then struck what is
already top tip for goal of the season to send Reform in 3-0 up at the
break. Kennerley and a Graham Mason penalty wrapped up the victory.
REFORM 6 SQUIRREL 0
Reform
kept their second clean sheet in a row as they easily disposed of The
Squirrel Pub at Squires Gate. Midfielder Nick Pugh opened the scoring
early in the game before the outstanding player/manager Dean Whitehouse
(left) made it 2-0 at the break with his first goal of the season.
Debutant forward Jamie Wright came off the bench to score two goals ,
Leon Prichard, who's pace terriorised the defense all afternoon, and
Scott Waters sealed the win for Reform.
