If my programs wont run on your computer, its usually because you dont have some file or other required by the program. Here is a list of files I know may be missing, so you can download them.
Before you try anything else, make sure you install this microsoft update:
VB6 runtime updates
This makes sure you have up-to-date vb runtime files, which the programs need to run.
