| Team Scream in Cup ran two races this week the 1st race was at RacinFreeks.net. We ran at Bristol Motor Speedway at night. At practice the #5 was the fastest of the 3 running a 121.682mph, the #99 ran a 121.636mph not much slower than the 5 they were real close at practice. The #12 car ran a speed of 120.679mph at practice. In Qualifying the #99 was starting 5th, the #5 started 6th with the #12 starting in 12th. Well we don't do that bad for Bristol but the #12 car had some right side damage and the #99 had some left side damage and had the right side beat right off it (lol). The #99 had a hard night getting a black flag and going laps down and as they say it was all down hill from there, he did end up finishing in 8th for the race 4 laps down. The # 12 car did lead 1 lap in the race and ended up in 5th and the top finisher for Team Scream was the #5 he lead 23 laps and finished up in 3rd with no damage at all.The 2nd race was over at Speedy League at Richmond International Raceway. The #5 car could not make this race do to medical problems with his eyes, but the #99 and #12 had to go it alone. At practice the #99 was the fastest of the 2 at a speed of 122.516mph and the #12 only turn in a speed of 119.311mph. Qualifying was not better for the 2 Team Scream cars the #99 started in 7th with the #12 starting in 15th. Both cars did have damage to them with the # 12 car receiving the most damage. Well the #12 did not have the best race but he lead 2 laps in the race and after being in an accident he ended up finishing in 13th. And the #99 did not fair too much better he ended up in 9th place. Not a real good week for Team Scream in Cup but we will see if we can better that next week, see you than. |
