Recipes
Every Ana must eat to stay alive. Here you will find a few recipes that I have picked up along the way that contain very few calories and little or no grams of fat. Remember: Some of these recipes contain enough food to use as more than a single serving. Don't forget PORTION CONTROL!!
Easy Chicken Vegetable Soup   
1 packet Cambell's Chicken Noodle 'Cup-a-Soup'
1 small carrot, peeled
1 small celery stalk
1 small tomato
1/4 C Minced Onion
Boil1 1/2 C of water on stove. Cut up carrot, celery, and tomato into small bite-sized pieces. Add cut up vegetables and onion to boiling water. Boil approx. 10 minutes, or until carrots and celery are tender. Pour in chicken soup mix and reduce heat to medium low. Cover, and allow to cook about 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy!

Simple Tomato Salad   
1 medium, ripe tomato
1/2 tsp balsamic vinigar
1 reduced fat Ritz cracker
black pepper
1.Chop tomato and put in bowl.
2.Crumble cracker on top.
3. Pour vinigar over the tomato/cracker mixture
4. Add pepper to taste!

Egg White Sandwhich 
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of bread
mustard
black pepper
salt
basil
1. Peel shell off egg and remove (and throw away) yolk.
2. Toast bread
3. Chop egg white into small chunks
4. Sprinkle salt,pepper, and basil on egg white.
5. Spread mustard on slice of toast
6. Put the egg white chunks on top of the mustard
7. Eat as an open-faced sandwhich, or fold in half.
