BRIDE'S ATTENDANTS
Matron of Honor:
JerriAnn Grant
JerriAnn and Stephanie first met at the Alturas public swimming pool at age 5. Born a day apart, Stephanie and JerriAnn have been best friends for fifteen years! JerriAnn is a working towards obtaining her license in Marriage and Family Therapy. She lives in Pittsburg, California with her husband Brian and their brand new daughter Jenna, who was just born on October 21, 2001.

Bridesmaid:
Monica Derner
Monica is Stephanie's oldest sister. Monica recently graduated from University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Business Administration. Currently, she is working towards her CPA license. Monica lives in Sparks, Nevada with her husband of 14 years, Jake and their two children, Jac and Beth.

Bridesmaid:
Carmen Palomo
Stephanie's other sister, once known as Mindi, changed her name in the 5th grade because people kept asking her about Mork. Carmen currently practices law in Chico, California. She lives in nearby Willows with her daughter Melissa and their dogs, Misty and Droopy.

Bridesmaid:
Carlotta (Carly) Cavazos
Carly was born and raised in Porterville, California. Carly met Gordon and Steph in the transfer dorms at UCSD where she studied biochemistry. A former roommate of Steph's, Carly currently lives in Houston, Texas where she administers clinical trials at MD Anderson. Besides her friends, she misses In and Out Burger the most since moving to Texas.

Bridesmaid:
Shannon Briesach
You may want to ask Shannon for her autograph because she is going to be a big star one day. Having graduated with a degree in Theater Arts, Shannon is an aspiring actor. After waiting tables for several years, Shannon recently moved to Los Angeles to follow her dream. Everyone thinks they are a comedian, but Shannon really is one.

Bridesmaid:
Alicia Chavez
Alicia has seen Steph in about 150 wedding dresses (no kidding). Steph relied on Alicia's fashion sense so much that she called her from the dressing room of a Bay Area bridal store to describe and get approval for what ended up being THE DRESS. Alicia has a great sense of humor and an immense amount of patience (e.g. the whole dress thing). Steph met Alicia while working at UCSD in 1995. They bonded over haiku's about a strange coworker.
