On the 15th of August 2004 I went for 1 week in Nikolaev, and again on the 10th of October 2004 for 2 weeks
Alona came in Cyprus in secret on the 15th of February 2005 without Ellis. She was staying apart from me, and was working. She went back to Nikolaev on June the 15th 2005
On the 21st of June 2005 I went to Nikolaev for 1 week, and Ellis was hospitalized with pneumonia. On the 3rd of July 2005 I went again for 1 week
The marriage was dissolved at Lemesos Family Court, on the 19th of December 2005. I have sent her along with the Divorce Document, an Agreement
stating that the custody and care of our son is to be with her if and when she comes to stay with our child in Cyprus. She received the posted documents on the 25th of January 2006, and she refused to accept my offer|
