| ACOUSTIC OPEN MIC Every week Chicago Rock Club gives you the chance to show off your talent and songwriting abilities by playing your demos...And hey, you rock...But now we're stripping it down to the basics. You. A Guitar. Your Song. Each Monday from 9-10pm, it's Acoustic Open Mic. Bring your own guitar, or one will be provided. You can just show up and play us a tune. That easy. Here's what we'll provide: One Acoustic/Electric Guitar 2 additional 1/4" DI inputs 3 Mics This is a pretty basic open mic, no backlines, no drums (congos and SIMPLE percussion okay). We like ACOUSTIC guitars that plug in. Any additional instruments that need to be mic'd...well, you've got three mics to work with, but we don't have time to get all fancy with ya'. Open Mic is 9-10pm, sign up between 8-9 pm, or guarantee your spot by emailing Karla and letting her know you wanna play! |
