With the threat of Y2k and the possible failure of the nation's infrastructure, CE News examined how the engineering community was prepared to cope. Without showing an actual disaster, I implied what could happen by incorporating images that the magazine's readership could relate to. Working in Adobe Photoshop, I used eight different pictures to compose the image you see above.
