| PLOT: Steve Martin plays Newton Davis, an architect planning to marry his highschool girlfriend, turns him down. Davis then meets and sleeps with waitress Gwen(Goldie Hawn), leaving the picture of the house he made for Becky in Gwens apartment. Now Gwen goes to this house and stays in it like its her home. When Davis finds out, he decides to make a deal with Gwen, they pretend to be married to show how great of a husband Davis is to show off to Becky, Gwen and Davis fake a fight, divorce and break up, and boom...Davis gets Becky.
