Progress on the drivers side kickpanel. Notice the E-brake has been removed. It has been replaced by a linear actuator that resides under the vehicle. This linear actuator is controlled by a momentary switch, which engadges and disengadges the E-brake with one press of a button. The relay is tied into the light in the instument cluster that indicates if the E-brake is on or off. Push the button and the E-brake is engadged and the indicator light on the dash comes on, press the button again and the E-brake is dissengadged and the indicator light on the dash turns off.
