I have four very simple rules regarding requesting a booking:

Rule 1-Please check the VWAA website first before sending your request.
Rule 2-Include the following: Promotion name, date of event, time of event, location of event (believe it or not, some people actually forget to send that information)and contact person with phone and email address.
Rule 3-This applies to new promotions only that I have never worked for. I will require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I confirm and publicize a date.
Rule 4-First come, first served, NO exceptions!

Second, by sending an E-Mail.
