PLOT:

Another classic Dr. Suess book comes to the big screen again in this animated film.  Horton the elephant (Carrey) hears a voice off a tiny speck of dust and learns that it is the mayor (Carell) of a microscopic town called Who-Ville.  The mayor is asking Horton for help but everyone thinks Horton has gone nuts.
