Major Steven Smith, Senior Aerospace Science Instructor AFJROTC, NC-43, Pinecrest High School |
Welcome: |
The primary purpose of the Pinecrest High School AFJROTC is to help high school students become good citizens. This citizenship building process is accomplished through several academic and extracurricular activities. These activities provide cadets with opportunities to develop their leadership skills, practice public speaking, plan and organize community service projects and participate in drill and ceremonies. In addition, we provide academic instruction in a variety of aerospace science subjects. These subjects are designed to acquaint cadets with the aerospace environment and provide them with a strong foundation in air power history. |
