| Hello there! This page is dedicated to my (and hubby's) hobbies! For those of you who know NASCAR, the first picture is my favorite driver... Bobby Labonte of the green Interstate Batteries #18 car. Last year he almost made it to be the Winston Cup championship. But this year, there's no doubt about it. At the time I'm typing this, there are 2 more races left. And he's been in the lead with points since the beginning. Art and I go to at least 2 races per year. We attend Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania. We've been to Dover Delaware track (The Monster Mile) but it took us approximatly 7 hours to get home, where it only took a bit over 2 hours to get there! So we sorta don't jump to buy tickets there. And finally last year we got to Darlington Raceway in S. Carolina.. THAT was a great track!! |

| Yeah, sure we have other hobbies. But if you came to our house you'd never know it. LOL. Even my car has those cling-on's and air fresheners. I'll have to get car mats and splash guards too! I like to garden, both flowers and vegtables. The first year i lived here i was so excited to have my own house, I ordered so many flower bulbs. Then the next year I did the same. Before you knew it, By the 4th year, it looked like a jungle because I had forgotten where I had planted the year before. LOL . Arts other hobbies are model collecting. (yes, mostly nascar cars.) and his newest: Restoring a 1986 Monte Carlo SS we bought earlier this year. (I pick that car over my contour anyday!) |
