Todays game was one of the most exciting games of the season so far with plenty of action over the lenght of the field. The boys played extremely well today, with some really great up and in their face defense. Probably our best performance of the season , after the first 10 mins the scores were locked at 10 all and we knew we had to keep up the big effort with the game in the balance. The next ten we really turned it up a bit to go to the break 20-10 The final 10 saw the boys from St Pats come back with a fine effort closing the gap to the final score being 25-21 to St Marys.
We had some real standouts today with Matthew pulling off some fine try saving tackles, with Reece starting to hit his straps in attack and some great defense from Jamie (The Bullet) , Big Jack, EJ, Jack, Corey, Hayden, Jacob. EJ scored a great try from a long way out when it was needed and so did Matthew for fine all round game.
Well done Boys ! I`m very proud of the effort from all of you today.

Todays game turned out to be a very close game in the final score. With our boys really putting on a fantastic display of team tackling to bring down the huge players from the workers team. This week saw a fantastic improvement from Corey and Hayden, Well done guys I was very proud of the way you tried out on the field today with some great tackles from both of you. The rest of the team performed great with some great cover defense and some great team and individual tries. As a coach I was very proud of the way all the boys go out week after week and try their best. When we ran onto the field today we certainly weren't the biggest team out there. But the boys were certainly the biggest when they came off the field today. In the end our goal kickers made the differance and our great team defense.

We played against Minchinbury Jets today. The game was one of those games which we were expecting a good game from the boys again. We have some real improvers in the team over the last few weeks with Corey and Hayden being real big improvers which is great to see, Corey scoring a sensational try which he had to work hard for and drag defenders over the line with him and kicking the goal as well. Haydens defense has been up there with the best of them over the last couple of weeks, and was unlucky not to get a try himself. Well done both of you! The rest of the team is producing some strong games every week. With Jack getting up there and making some great tackles, one which drove one of the big boys from Minchinbury back into the in goal for a line drop out. The rest of the boys led by EJ and Matthew and great support from Jamie the bullet, Big Jack, Reece and Jacob. David has the cast off his broken arm and should be back in a couple of weeks.
The next 3 games are all important that we perform well, so that we are perpared for the semi finals
So boys get ready for some hard training over the next few weeks.

Todays game against rivo was the one that got away. We didnt seem to take our chances and made a few errors which cost us a couple of tries. And we well work on that at training this week, we had a few boys that played outstanding again, but this is the business end of the season and we will be looking for a big effort from everyone this week coming. So it will be hard training this week.
