					Round 1 V's West City Tigers 29-03-03 This is our first game of the competition. Playing West City Tigers at there home is never a easy task and we found out today in the first ten, how hard it is if we start slow, but with a few new players today out there in the first ten, the boys learnt that they need to start with the first whistle from the start. A special mention  to Ellery , DJ , David and James for there great first up efforts today followed by Jack, Big Jack, Billy, Brad, this week at training we will be working hard to get ready for next weeks game.   This weeks awards go to Ellery - Man of the Match for a great first up effort. DJ - Play of the Day for a great tackle which I think wasn't to high David - Player of the Week for surprising me the last few weeks to how he is learning and improving this year. Score L 7-24

						Round 2 Vs Doonside 05-04-03 Today was our first home game of the season and after a real hard week at training, working on a few things that we should of done a bit better last week.  And it payed off with a much better defensive effort from all the boys, with some real great  tackles today. In attack we have a bit of work to do as a team and we will work on that. But it was a much better effort all round from everyone this week. In attack Ellery was a standout followed by Matthew, Jack, and EJ, with a improved effort from Wanya, DJ, James and Billy. This weeks awards go Man of the Match Billy with a big effort in defense Player of the Week Brad with improvement at training and games Play of the Day Ellery with some great attacking runs well done to you 3 keep up the effort Score W 26-10
						Round 3 Vs Windsor 12-04-03 Todays game was at windsor and after another slow start we paided the penalty today for to many errors when we had the ball, but we will work on that at training in the next couple of weeks, with the easter break coming up and the bye the following week, we will have to keep up our training, But when we put our minds today on playing we showed that we have improved our tackling but we have to keep on playing for the full game, todays awards go to Hayden for improving he's tackling and a few good runs, and Wanya for improving every week in games and on the training paddock  well done keep up the good work, This weeks awards Man of the Match Hayden Player of the Week Wanya Score L 22-14
