Friends
in life we gather
Their prints we always find
Upon our hearts forever
This gift in life divined
Always there beside you
In the path you go
Follow you forever
With gentleness I'll show
You to me are beauty
In every waking day
Whenever you are near me
My heart just wants to say
To me there is no other
That means so much to me
Footsteps made together
With love and loyalty
If you need me silent
With not a word to share
Just a look of kindness
You'll know that love is near
Road on earth we'll travel
No matter where we go
Peace and love and kindness
What every heart will know.
