Labour Control: This program was created in light of
the Area's massive over-spend on it's labour budget.
The user simply copies their budget data into the
system and then allocates shifts to their team
members. The status box will turn red when the rota
cost is over budget. 
Forcast Assistant: It has
become apparent that many Managers experiance
difficulty when trying to predict future sales. This
in turn leads to poor budget control and reduced
profit margin. This program analyises past sales
trends for this year and last year, and then
calculates future sales. Please note that as you
predict further into the future, the accuracy will
decrease.
