Bio : Gohan is the first son of Goku and Chi Chi, and is therefore half Saiyan and half Human. The secret of his power is Goku's dad Bardock. (Bardock was sent on missions in which he and his team would always come back barely alive, this made him and his team to be even stronger that the sayin elite, this is where Goku and Gohan get there strength). During the Saiyan Saga, when Goku is dead, Gohan is taken away by Piccolo to be trained as during the fight with Raditz he exposed his powerful inner strength. Throughout the training we come to see Gohan as a bit of a wimp, but the training makes him very brave and loyal, and he also becomes good friends with Piccolo. After helping during the battle on Earth, Gohan headed off with Krillin and Bulma to collect the Dragon Balls from Namek. Determined not to let his friends down, Gohan is the key to success at Namek by collecting the Dragon Balls, risking his life to save others and eventually having his inner power released by Guru. Gohan helps fight the Ginyu force and also throws in a fair fight against Frieza. Gohan returns to Earth without his father, only to find out Chi Chi still wants him to study like mad even though he has a very high potential as a fighter. But when Garlic Jr shows up, it's left up to Gohan (and Krillin and Piccolo) to save the day. Taking after his father, he eventually sends Garlic Jr. back into the Dead Zone while still protecting his best friends.

Within a few years, Goku returns to Earth only to discover about the androids. Gohan doesn't really take part in the Android / Cell Sagas, until Goku takes him into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, and helps him transform into a Super Saiyan. When he comes out, he has a week to prepare for the Cell Games and when during the Games Goku gives up, he asks Gohan to be the next fighter (to the shock of everyone) Gohan seems to be fairing quite well against Cell, but it becomes clear that he isn't getting the upper hand. Gohan tells Cell how is power increases when his friends are in danger, and intrigued by this, Cell sets the Cell Jr' s on the Z gang. Gohan stands by and watches unable to help, but when Android 16 encourages him to help his friends, Gohan unleashes his power and becomes a Super Saiyan Level 2!! After all sorts of mishaps, Gohan eventually destroys Cell with a huge kamehameha attack. Gohan - the savior of the earth :) We next meet with Gohan 7 years later and he's going to high school. Gohan makes 'very' good friends with a girl called Videl, but in fear that his friends may discover his 'super powers' he becomes a super hero called 'The Great Saiyaman' Gohan and most of the Z gang enter into the World Martial Arts Tournament , but Gohan's tournament hopes are cut short when two weirdoes come and steal Gohan's energy to bring back Majin Buu! After been recharged by Kibito, he heads off to Babidi's spaceship to help destroy Babidi. After battling his way through the ship, Majin Buu is eventually revived. Buu knocks Gohan out with one punch. However, revived by the Kai's, Gohan learns how to master the Z Sword, but breaks it. Out of the sword appears an Old Kaio, who proceeds to perform a long ritual on him that will increase his power. After way over 25 hours the ritual was completed, and Gohan was able to transform into what is more commonly known as Mystic Gohan. His strength surpassed super Sayin and Majin Buu, but when Buu tricked Gohan and absorbed Gotenks And Piccolo, Super Buu's power was too much for Gohan. Gohan was absorbed by Majin Buu with ease, but it did not take long for him to be released by Vegeta and Goku. We don't see Gohan fight again in DBZ, but he marries Videl and has a daughter, by the name of Pan.
