Personal training using life style management techniques to improve quality of life.  Emphasis is on all aspects of fitness; nutrition, resistance training, cardio, flexibility.

My background reflects the principles that I emphasize in my training.  I was previously a competitive athlete in both high school and college.  I achieved a high level of recognition in both sports of football and wrestling.  As such I acquired many skills in resistance training and have since achieved national certifications in that field.  Now I spend the bulk of my time teaching group exercise.  I specialize in step aerobics but also teach hi/low, cardio kickbox, body sculpting and group cycling.  I believe in a well-rounded fitness program that improves one's quality of life.
