| Mental Man is a man who suffers from Insanity, but not as much as Crazy Man. He is still in the realm of speech and rational thought, whereas Crazy Man has lost it completely. I designed him as a kind of narrator. He explains about things he hates (Nick Garnier and Richard Wilson) and takes the piss out of them and there characteristics.
