Ludwig Green is a Latvian Beautition who served for America in Vietnam. He used radioactive substances in a self-experiment on his hair, hands and face. This somehow made him look younger but gave him big hands, hunchback eyes, glowing green hair and pale skin. This gave him the perfect look for the Alien From Zomba and he didn't need any makeup.
