| The Stonewall Brigade Camp, Sons of Confederate Veterans, and the Rockbridge Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy held a Real Daughter Ceremony at the Deacon Family Reunion. Mrs. Louise Coleman Deacon Hall, age 91, is the Real Daughter of Confederate Hero, William Douglas Deacon of the 3rd Confederate Engineers Regiment. Pictured beside Mrs. Hall is Mike Pursley, Commander of the Stonewall Brigade. |
