Meeting called to order by Commander Emerson at 7:30 pm.
Salute to Colors by Membership, Prayer by Chaplain Fort,
Pledge to the Flag, & Preamble by Membership.

Guests: Jeff Nolen representing fire works committee for the Stonington Summerfest. Motion by R. Scott 2nd by G. Fort to donate $1,000.00 for fire works at Summerfest and make two extra displays and we will pick up the extra cost. Passed. M. Marucco moved and Scott seconded to have 2 fire works displays for Memorial Day/Military Display Service. Motion Passed.

Motion to except Minutes as printed.

Reports: Finance Report: Larry Besson. Motion by Fort 2nd by Scott to accept. Passed

Bingo: Attendance has been down last few week, report by Funk.

Pull Tabs: A. Marucco, Doing good.

Building/Grounds Good picked-up ice venders, for $600.00 Lights being installed on side of building.

New Business; Nat. Dedication of WWII Memorial on May 29, 2004 at Nashville North program will run from 11:45 to 3:45 pm.

Motion by W. Mollohan to update our computer book keeping system and buy "Quick Books Pro 2004 at a cost of $299.95 or less and switch to the new syster by July 1, 2004. Motion Passed.

Scholarship Besson read applications that were received. Apps from
Meredith Curtin, Bradly DcClerck, Molly Gebhart, Hearther Lassard, Adam DeClerck, and Megan Covington motion by Scott 2nd by Fort to award each a $1,000.00 Scholarship if they supply the information requested as to school they have been accepted by. motion passed.

Nomination Committee Report: Nominated--Commander Robert Emerson, Sr Vice Commander Robert Fund, Jr Vice Commander Lyle Klay, Finance Officer Larry Besson, Chaplain Wayne Mollohan, Sgt-At-Arms Maggio Marucco. Motion by Klay 2nd by Good to accept report of committee and have Adjutant cast one vote for all officers to be elected. Motion Passed.

Relay for Life to be held on Taylorville Square on June 11.
