Google Adwords support denying the truth?

On last Nov, 01, 2004 we addressed Google AdWords™ for the fourth times in 3 months regarding evidences again of click spam on our site.
Please read below our correspondence and various screens capture.

History about case number 1 (Google Ref: #16153095) - 30/10/2004:

• Received 6 clicks in total that 30/10/2004 based on the log
• Among those 6 clicks, 3 of them from exact same IP 69.2.94.66 - wan.networktel.net
• On that 30/10/2004 we've been charged 6 clicks by Google AdWords™ (see above)

THE FACT about the case:

In their reply Google is saying that it's normal for users to click several times (in that case 3 times in a period of 24 min. 1 click every 8 min. from exact same user.)

Google AdWords™ is writing above "For this reason, your Google AdWords account may not have been charged for all clicks that appear in your website logs".
Absolutely false as you can see they charged us for 6 clicks and like almost everyday we STOP our ads to avoid even more spam.

BUT we used to spend over $200/ month early 2004 you can easily imagine how much money we lost using Google AdWords.
